We can ship wine to all states except the following:
Kentucky, Mississippi, New Hampshire, North Dakota, South Dakota and Utah. *This list is subject to change at anytime.
What about shipping to Alaska and Hawaii?
We can ship to both Alaska and Hawaii. However, due to their locations we ship via 2 Day Air and offer a 50% shipping discount for those states.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes, we do. Please email wineclub@josepastorselections.com for options available.
What are my shipping options in extreme temperatures?
Exposure to extreme temperatures has been proven to damage wine. In an effort to maintain our high standards of quality, we may only offer 2-Day Air shipping for some states. Additional methods of shipping (overnight, delayed, ground or FedEx cold chain shipping) may also be available by contacting us directly at 415-480-1910 or via email at wineclub@josepastorselections.com
Can the courier leave the wine on the doorstep:
No. An adult signature is required upon delivery for all wine deliveries.
Why should I ship the wine to a business address?
We can ship to a residential address but we recommend that you ship your wine order to a business address, as an adult signature is required for delivery.
Can I ship to a post office?
We cannot deliver to a Post Office address or a P.O. Box.
When will my order ship?
On average, orders placed on Wednesday through Sunday may not ship until the following Monday or Tuesday. If you need expedited shipping, please call us at 415-480-1910 and we will make every attempt to help out. Orders take approximately 24 – 48 hours to process before shipping.
I'm out of town and need to redirect my order, how do I do this?
Please contact us at 415-480-1910 to redirect your order. We can usually contact the courier and request the order be sent to an alternate address for a nominal fee of $21. We cannot redirect from one state to another.

Terms of Sale
- Llaurador Wines, LLC (d.b.a. José Pastor Selections) will arrange for shipment on behalf of our customer, to an address specified by our customer, provided that Llaurador Wines in its sole judgement believes that such shipment will not subject Llaurador Wines to the risk of any sort of legal action or other harm. If a customer lives in a state where the direct shipment of wine by Llaurador Wines violates the law, we suggest that the customer provide an alternative address in another state or have their wine shipped to a third-party storage facility in a direct shipping-friendly state.
- You have to be 21 and older to order and receive wine. An Adult Signature is required at time of delivery.
- It is highly recommended that you provide us with a business shipping address for best service.
- If you cannot receive your package and it is returned, please note that we cannot cover any re-shipping charges.
- All packages are shipped using FedEx or UPS Ground and the shipping prices include packaging materials. You will be notified by email when your wines are shipped.
- Expedited shipping will include additional shipping costs.
